A meeting of the Parish Council will be held at Kinnerley Parish Hall at 7pm on Monday 27th January 2020.  The meeting is held in the small room accessed from the rear of the hall.  Public are welcome and there is a special item on the agenda for members of the public to raise any matters related to the agenda or related to the wider interests of the Parish.

An agenda for the meeting will be available at least three working days before the meeting on this site and on local noticeboards.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - The agenda for each Parish Council meeting includes a 'Public Participation' item where any member of the public may ask a question related to the agenda or wider parish matters.  Members of the public may not speak at other times in the meeting unless you are invited to do so by the Chairman or Clerk.
