A meeting of the Parish Council will be held at Maesbrook Village Hall at 7pm on Monday 24th February 2020.  Members of the public are welcome, and there is a special item on the agenda  in order for you to raise any matters related to the agenda or related to the wider interests of the Parish.

An agenda for the meeting will be available at least three working days before the meeting on this site and on local noticeboards.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - The agenda for each Parish Council meeting includes a 'Public Participation' item where any member of the public may ask a question related to the agenda or wider parish matters.  Members of the public may not speak at other times in the meeting unless you are invited to do so by the Chairman or Clerk.
